These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of The London Wheeler Dealer.

 

Thank you for making a purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right: 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND: 

 

1. The customer has 7 days after purchase to check there chosen items they have purchased. 

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must be returned within 7 days of purchase, The London Wheeler Dealer will refund the full amount without any questions. 

3. The products must be returned within 7 working days under the following conditions: 

a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

b. It must contain all tags; 

c. It must not be damaged; 

d. The product must be a product purchased from The London Wheeler Dealer

e. Postage will be covered by the customer

4. After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3, The London Wheeler Dealer shall not accept any return and no money shall be refunded.
